How website enquiry information is handled.
This website is intentionally simple and does not use a database to store contact, quotation or volunteer form submissions.
Information submitted through forms
When you use a website form, the details you enter are sent by email to Jayden Nursing and Bedside Homecare Services Limited so the team can respond to your enquiry, care request or volunteer interest.
Payment processing
If you choose PesaPal checkout, your invoice reference, payment amount and contact details are sent to PesaPal to create the transaction. You enter card or mobile-money credentials directly on PesaPal’s hosted checkout; Jayden’s website does not collect or store those credentials. Payment status is checked with PesaPal when you return to the website. Direct Airtel Merchant Pay and DFCU Bank payments are handled through those providers.
What the website does not request
Please do not submit medical reports, identification documents or highly sensitive medical information through the public website forms. If further information is necessary, Jayden can advise you after direct contact.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses an essential, short-lived PHP session cookie to protect forms against misuse. Your cookie-banner choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the banner does not repeatedly appear. The current website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Form protection
The website uses basic anti-spam and security controls including a session-based CSRF token, a hidden honeypot field, input validation and a short submission rate limit. No visitor account is required.
